Cracking Easter Event at Feniscowles Development
House hunters looking to combine their search for a new home with a family day out this Easter are expected to flock to the Green Hills development in Feniscowles, Blackburn.
Local farmer James Newhouse is bringing a number of new-born lambs to the site situated on Livesey Branch Road on Saturday 20 April between 12pm and 4pm.
As well as being able to pet and feed the lambs on the new village green at the heart of the development, local children can enter a competition to name the animals with the winner receiving an ‘eggs-tra’ special Easter prize from developer Kingswood Homes.
There will also be chocolate eggs to be given away in the show home all Easter weekend which are guaranteed to keep the children occupied while the parents get down to the serious matter of choosing their dream new home.
Kerry Webster, sales adviser for Kingswood Homes, said: “Having not one but two village greens at Green Hills makes this a unique development and is the perfect space for children to come and meet, feed and learn about new-born lambs.
“And while the children enjoy a chocolate ‘baa’, mum and dad can put a spring into their step while looking at some of the last few properties for sale in the first phase of this award-winning development.
“We will also be offering some ‘eggs-citing’ Easter deals on selected homes reserved over the weekend, including stamp duty paid on selected plots, £1,500 in holiday vouchers on completion and free upgrades on selected specifications.
There are just six of homes remaining in phase one at Green Hills, including the stunning show home which is now available for sale and includes interior design by Tilly Hemingway, daughter of development designers Wayne and Gerardine Hemingway MBE.
Prices at Green Hills, which was named as Best Development in the North West in 2018, start at £184,950.
